Job summary

Right Match Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Executive/Negotiator to join a small, ambitious team in Erith. The role focuses on maximising margins through up-selling, cross-selling and proactive account management, while maintaining high standards of compliance and service delivery.

You will identify customer needs, retain and grow the customer base, and work within company procedures to ensure quality interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management or customer-facing commercial roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Excellent organisational and data recording skills.
• Comfortable using IT systems and Excel.
• Professional, polite and customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work within a small team.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound sales calls to the existing customer base with the aim of cross-selling relevant products.
• Use prospect data to generate new business opportunities and secure sales.
• Negotiate pricing within agreed authority levels.
• Acquire new customers through referrals and proactive prospecting.
• Deliver a polite, professional and responsive customer experience that maximises retention.
• Identify current and future customer needs through effective account management.
• Log, track and resolve customer enquiries and complaints in line with company procedures.
