Oculus Legal Group in Northampton is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join as Conveyancing Manager / Technical Conveyancer. You will manage a varied residential property caseload with opportunities to develop a small team and progress within a supportive Top 100 UK firm.

Qualifications

• 1+ year PQE or equivalent experience in residential property.
• Collaborative and client-focused approach desired.
• Capability to grow into leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential property caseload including sales, purchases and remortgages.
• Handle transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership transactions.
• Develop and mentor a small team as you progress.
