Job summary

Moss is seeking a Partnerships Associate in the UK to identify and connect with potential partners, build a strong pipeline, and support early-stage commercial relationships. This is a junior role designed for someone with a strong interest in finance, accounting, or Fintech.

You’ll help Moss grow by identifying partners and coordinating with internal teams. You’ll learn Moss’ partnership framework, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and progress toward a full-cycle Partner Manager role,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in business development, partnerships, finance, accounting, or Fintech.
• Academic background in business, finance, economics, or related fields.
• Fluent English (C2/Native).

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective partners aligned with Moss’ priorities and assess fit.
• Own top-of-funnel outreach and build a strong partnerships pipeline.
• Support partner calls, meetings, follow-ups and internal coordination.
• Track activity in CRM and share updates with Moss’ teams.
