Job summary

HireHi is seeking a skilled Paid Media Manager to own and optimize a £5m+ annual budget across multiple e-commerce brands. You will lead PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting and Prospecting campaigns, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.

The role requires hands-on Google Ads expertise, strong ROAS delivery, and experience with Google Analytics and product feed management. Collaboration with trading teams and stakeholders is essential for aligning activities with business

Qualifications

Proven experience managing paid media campaigns in retail or e-commerce.
Expertise in Google Ads campaign optimization and performance marketing.
Strong ROAS/ROI delivery with revenue growth targets; data-driven.
Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and product feed management.

Responsibilities

Own a £5m+ annual paid media budget and drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability across multiple e-commerce brands.
Lead strategy and day-to-day management of PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting, and Prospecting campaigns.
