Job summary

Kubix Media Ltd is seeking a social-native Paid Media Manager in the UK to drive growth for ecommerce clients. You will blend creative campaigns with rigorous data tactics across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Google.

The role reports to the Paid Media Director and requires strong analytics, platform expertise, and a passion for high-growth Shopify stores with full-funnel strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency experience managing multiple ecommerce accounts.
• Deep knowledge of scaling Facebook/Instagram via Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience building and optimizing campaigns for TikTok and Pinterest.
• Proficient with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Strong experience with GA4 and ecommerce reporting.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid media strategies across a portfolio of clients.
• Drive full-funnel marketing across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Google channels.
• Balance paid search and paid social execution with creative feedback.
• Optimize campaigns and budgets based on performance data.
• Forecast, report, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the creative team to optimize ad creative based on data insights.
