Job summary

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award (DofE) is seeking a Marketing Partnerships Manager to develop and grow income-generating partnerships. You will manage a portfolio of partners, deliver impactful marketing activity, and expand the organisation's reach with brand-aligned campaigns.

You'll work with Marketing, Fundraising and Operations to ensure partnerships are commercially successful, compliant, and aligned with DofE objectives, while maintaining strong relationships with partners across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience managing partnerships, client accounts, or similar stakeholder roles.
• Ability to identify opportunities to grow engagement, performance, and income.
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially focused with negotiation and influencing skills.
• Good understanding of marketing, campaign management, and digital communications.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading.
• Confident in leading meetings and delivering presentations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with charity needs.
• Resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with marketing partners and licensees.
• Provide day-to-day account management and respond to enquiries.
• Lead regular online and face-to-face partner meetings.
• Create and present partnership proposals to partners.
• Manage campaign delivery from approval to invoicing.
• Review partner use of DofE trademarks for brand compliance.
• Monitor and report partner sales activity and commissions.
• Conduct regular sales and marketing reviews to identify growth.
• Represent the DofE at events and promote partnership activities.
• Coordinate internal communications to raise partner awareness.
• Work with Senior Marketing Partnerships Manager to deliver plans.
• Collaborate with Fundraising and Operations to strengthen partnerships.
