Job summary

Demelza is seeking a Corporate New Business Manager to identify, cultivate and secure new corporate partnerships that support our growth. You will research businesses, prepare proposals and compelling opportunities aligned with our mission, and work with teams across fundraising, marketing, volunteering and services.

You will help generate sustainable income through partnerships, sponsorships, employee engagement and gifts in kind, reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and securing new business opportunities in fundraising, partnerships, or sponsorship.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with senior decision-makers.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing a prospect pipeline toward targets.
