E3 Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Manager for an established business in the commercial vehicle sector, near Brighouse. You will own the marketing strategy and deliver impactful campaigns that drive quality enquiries and revenue growth.

Lead an in-house marketing executive, collaborate with senior leadership, sales and operations, and shape how the business reaches customers with creative ideas and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience at marketing manager level, in-house or agency.
• Background in commercial vehicles or related industry preferred.
• Strong experience across SEO, PPC, social media, content and CRM marketing.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver an end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with sales objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget and prioritise activity for strong ROI.
• Increase lead volume and quality via SEO, PPC and paid social campaigns.
• Promote vehicle stock across relevant marketplaces and platforms.
• Lead content creation across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop CRM campaigns to nurture enquiries and retain customers.
• Improve website content, visibility and conversion via the CMS.
• Identify new routes to market, partnerships and customer acquisition opportunities.
• Set KPIs and report on marketing contribution to enquiries, sales and revenue.
• Lead and develop the marketing executive while maintaining brand consistency across channels.
