Job summary

Nigel Wright Group is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead marketing, communications and business development across its professional services footprint in the UK. This role requires strategic leadership balanced with hands-on delivery to enhance client engagement and market visibility.

You will work closely with senior directors and regional leaders to translate growth ambitions into targeted campaigns, thought leadership and strong brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B marketing background across built environment, construction or professional services.
• Experience developing marketing plans that support growth and regional expansion.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead multi-region teams.
• Proven ability to measure campaign performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop a commercially focused marketing and communications strategy.
• Align activity to growth priorities and regional ambitions.
• Translate regional growth plans into campaigns and measurable outcomes.
• Strengthen market positioning and brand consistency.
• Support business development with campaigns, content, events, PR and thought leadership.
• Oversee website, social media, digital comms and profile-raising activity.
• Produce marketing insights and campaign analytics.
• Manage marketing budgets and external suppliers.
• Lead and develop a Marketing Executive.
