Job summary

McCulla Ireland is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join the Lisburn head office. You will manage the general ledger, deliver timely management accounts, and support a growing European cold logistics group.

This role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA experience, 2-5 years in finance, ERP and Excel proficiency, and a proactive, analytical mindset. Hybrid working and a competitive salary are offered as the company builds an expanding finance function.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience or ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified / part-qualified accountant
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting
• Comfortable in ERP systems and confident in Excel
• Accurate, analytical and structured — and curious, with an eye for improvement
• Hands-on and proactive

Responsibilities

• Own the core: full preparation of management accounts and month-end close
• Reconcile intercompany positions and maintain audit trails
• Identify process improvements and increase automation
• Learn the business by spending time with sites to improve reporting and insight
• Collaborate with regional finance director and group companies
