Job summary

Heart Research UK is looking for an experienced Individual Giving Manager to lead the development of their donor programme and drive sustainable income growth. You’ll shape a strategy with significant growth potential and oversee multi-channel acquisition and retention!

Based in Leeds with hybrid or remote options, you will manage budgets, collaborate across teams and ensure compliance with GDPR and fundraising regulations. A strong track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of managing and growing Individual Giving programmes.
• Strong track record of donor acquisition across multiple channels.
• Knowledge of GDPR and fundraising regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering the Individual Giving strategy in line with organisational objectives.
• Leading donor acquisition across digital and offline channels and testing new propositions.
• Identifying new products and propositions to generate sustainable income.
• Using data and modelling to inform investment and optimisation.
• Developing supporter journeys to maximise engagement and lifetime value.
• Managing agency and supplier relationships to maximise value.
• Collaborating with fundraising, communications and data teams on campaigns.
• Managing budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Ensuring activity complies with GDPR and the Fundraising Code of Practice.
