Octopus Legacy Limited is seeking a General Manager to partner with the CEO and drive the Estate Planning business toward becoming the UK's defining brand in the sector. You will own strategy, commercial performance, and end-to-end delivery, leading a growing team through rapid scale.

You will lead a transition to a technology-enabled platform, embedding systems and processes, ensuring customer outcomes and margin strength while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience leading and scaling service-led businesses.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to develop and embed scalable operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a clear short- and long-term strategy for the Estate Planning business.
• Oversee revenue, service delivery, and operations.
• Own commercial and operational performance with KPIs and execution.
• Partner with Marketing and New Business to drive growth.
• Build a scalable technology platform connecting products and customers.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for sustainable growth.
• Maintain compliance and risk management.
• Develop and retain top talent for scale.
