Cornerstone is recruiting a Head of Estate Management and Strategy to lead our UK estate portfolio. You will drive governance, performance and assurance across all sites while shaping the Estates Strategy and Roadmap to improve efficiency, customer experience and value.

You will manage large teams and external partners, balancing risk and growth as we evolve our TowerCo model and deliver strategic change across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale property, infrastructure or asset management operations.
• Track record of delivering measurable performance improvements and strategic change.
• Strong governance, assurance, risk management and performance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead estate performance, governance, supplier management and assurance activities across the UK portfolio.
• Shape and deliver the Estates Strategy and Roadmap, driving operational efficiency and commercial performance.
• Oversee strategic supplier relationships and outsourced delivery partners to ensure strong outcomes.
