Job summary

Octopus Legacy Limited seeks a General Manager to partner with the CEO, leading the Estate Planning unit through rapid growth and a transition to a scalable, technology-enabled platform. You will own strategy, commercial performance, operations, people, and customer outcomes, driving profitability and market leadership.

You will oversee revenue, brand, service delivery, and operations, while embedding scalable systems and disciplined execution across teams, partnering with Marketing, Product,

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading and scaling high-growth, service-led or tech-enabled businesses.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Highly structured, data-driven, and able to drive execution in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver short and long-term strategy for Estate Planning.
• Oversee revenue, brand, service delivery and operations of the unit.
• Own commercial and operational performance with KPI-driven execution.
• Grow lead generation and conversion in collaboration with Marketing and New Business.
• Partner with Product and Technology to build scalable, tech-enabled platforms.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for sustainable growth.
• Build a high-performance, customer-first culture during scale.
