Job summary

This hands-on role is ideal for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with senior stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong financial controls.
• Experience preparing management accounts and statutory reporting.
• Excellent Excel and Power BI skills with attention to detail.
• Experience leading a small finance team in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and variance analysis.
• Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations and journals.
• Oversee accounts payable and payroll processes.
• Provide financial insight to influence business decisions.
• Manage a small finance team and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Lead annual audit and liaise with external auditors.
