Job summary

Sowena Group is seeking a commercially focused FP&A Manager to own group budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across multiple entities. You will develop financial models, partner with sales and operations, and drive improvements in reporting processes in a fast-paced international environment.

As a fully qualified accountant with strong Excel and analytical capabilities, you will support senior leadership with actionable insights and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, financial modelling and management reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience producing consolidated management reporting across multiple entities.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.
• Excellent communication with non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead group budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Provide financial analysis across entities to support growth decisions.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate intercompany eliminations and consolidation processes.
• Prepare monthly board packs and support senior leadership presentations.
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to improve reporting processes.
• Mentor junior finance team members as the team grows.
