Job summary

Finatal, in partnership with a founder-owned hospitality business in the South of England, seeks a commercially minded Finance Director to lead the finance function and partner with senior leadership on strategic growth. The role covers investor reporting, banking relationships, cash management, and scalable financial systems.

The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years of PQE, strong leadership, and a track record in fast-paced, multi-site environments within hospitality,

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ years' PQE.
• Proven senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Experience supporting growth within a multi-site business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee financial planning, reporting, forecasting, controls and compliance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and financial risk.
• Partner with senior leadership on commercial strategy and business performance.
• Support investment decisions, acquisitions, fundraising and site expansion.
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders and key stakeholders.
• Deliver scalable financial systems, processes and improvements.
• Prepare board reporting and provide strategic financial insight.
