Finatal, in partnership with a founder-owned hospitality business in the South of England, seeks a commercially minded Finance Director to lead the finance function and partner with senior leadership on strategic growth. The role covers investor reporting, banking relationships, cash management, and scalable financial systems.

The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years of PQE, strong leadership, and a track record in fast-paced, multi-site environments within hospitality,

They are seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Finance Director who can balance strategic financial leadership with day-to-day oversight of the finance function. The successful candidate will be confident managing investor reporting and banking relationships, while driving financial performance and supporting the wider growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee financial planning, reporting, forecasting, controls and compliance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and financial risk.
• Partner with senior leadership on commercial strategy and business performance.

About You
