Job summary

Unique Venues of London at Lord's Cricket Ground is seeking an Events & Experiences Sales Manager to drive revenue by advising clients on venue options, spaces and F&B offerings. You will manage enquiries, build strong client and agency relationships, and convert leads into confirmed business.

You’ll record all activity in IVvy, pursue new opportunities, and work with Marketing to promote Lord’s as the premier choice for events, including evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of the Events & Experiences offering, spaces, capacities and restrictions.
• Understand the food and beverage offerings to advise clients accurately.
• Support delivery of the sales budget through effective enquiry management and proactive development.
• Manage conversions from enquiries to confirmed business and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Convert enquiries for new and existing clients into confirmed business.
• Advise clients with proposals tailored to their requirements and timelines.
• Record all enquiries, bookings and sales activity in IVvy or similar systems.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective clients to secure opportunities.
• Grow allocated client and agency accounts via proactive relationship management.
• Conduct regular review meetings to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Show round prospective clients to promote Lord’s as a venue and maximise upsell across services.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to support lead generation.
