Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within logistics, freight, transport or supply chain.
• Experience leading in a large, process-led logistics organisation.
• Proven track record of delivering operational improvements and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Take overall leadership of the operational function and support the CEO in delivering the growth strategy.
• Review the operating model and identify opportunities to improve structure, processes, controls and accountability.
• Embed meaningful operational KPIs, MI, and performance management across the business.
• Establish clear performance expectations and ensure managers are accountable for delivery.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the operation.
• Develop scalable processes and infrastructure to support next growth phase.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Provide strong leadership to operational teams and develop management capability.
• Ensure cross-functional communication between operations and the wider business.
• Translate commercial strategy into actionable operational plans with the CEO.
• Lead change programmes from concept to implementation and embed improvements.
