Genesis Labels & Packaging is seeking an experienced Fractional COO/Operations Director to help shape the next stage of its growth. This Leeds-based, 1–2 days per week role focuses on building structure without losing agility.

You will work closely with owners and the leadership team to understand the business, reduce owner day-to-day involvement, and implement scalable processes and an effective management framework for future growth.

• Experience helping a small or owner‑managed business scale.
• Ability to introduce structure and processes in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong operational and commercial understanding.
• Experience developing teams, responsibilities and management structures.
• Balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery.
