Nous is a fast-scaling UK startup using AI to help households save time and money. We’re seeking an exceptional Commercial Analyst to drive analytics across Growth, Product and Commercial teams, turning data into insight that shapes our biggest bets and revenue streams.

You’ll design experiments, build dashboards, and model scenarios to guide budgeting and pricing decisions. This high-context role pairs smart, ambitious teammates with founders and senior leaders to move fast and deliver impact.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in a fast-paced analytical environment such as a startup, consultancy, or growth-focused business.
• Turn data into decisions by building models, analysing funnels, and running experiments.
• Fluent in data with ability to pull what you need and create dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and measure website-conversion experiments and dashboards for a new revenue stream.
• Model scenarios and forecast impact of pricing and tariffs across products.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product and Commercial teams to turn data into actionable bets.
