Job summary
Baltic Apprenticeships is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our SME Acquisition team at our Head Office in the UK. You will generate new business, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive sales across a portfolio of prospective accounts.
The role uses our sales stack and LinkedIn to capture opportunities, create tailored pitches, and maintain a healthy pipeline. You’ll be rewarded with a base salary of £30k–£34k and an uncapped bonus scheme, with strong growth
Qualifications
- Develop new businesses in the apprenticeship market.
- Utilise sales tech stack and social selling to generate opportunities.
- Produce highly tailored pitches and proposals.
- Apply consultative sales methodology consistently.
- Maintain CRM and pipeline records for reporting.
