IQVIA Holdings Inc. is hiring an Assistant Client Manager to focus on data, reporting and commercial support across multiple FMCG categories.

The role is analytical and operational with no marketing input, building reports, analysing performance and forecasting from client data while handling day-to-day account administration. You will support several product categories across trade channels and must bring advanced Excel skills, strong PowerPoint, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in

Qualifications

• Minimum one year FMCG experience with strong commercial awareness.
• Experience in data-focused, administrative or commercial support roles.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and data manipulation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships; data-driven mindset.
• Highly organised problem solvers; adaptable to variety and multi-project involvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regular reports for clients and internal teams.
• Forecast volumes, sales and performance trends using client data.
• Analyse sales information to identify risks, opportunities and key patterns.
• Prepare data packs, summaries and presentations for client meetings.
• Maintain trackers, documents and commercial files across multiple FMCG categories.
• Support trade performance analysis across Grocery, Convenience and Pharmacy channels.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to client queries.
• Manage daily administrative tasks that support account operations.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
