Preply is seeking a senior Growth Analytics leader to own measurement and modelling for marketing across geo lifts, holdout tests, and media mix. You will translate complex analytics into actionable guidance for the Growth, COO, and CFO, shaping investment decisions and regional strategies.

Bring 8+ years in marketing analytics, expertise in LTV, CAC, retention curves, and proficiency with Looker, Snowflake/SQL, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing.
Deep expertise in incrementality, CAC, LTV, retention curves, geo lift/holdout testing, and media mix modeling.
Proven track record of owning a measurement method end-to-end from test design to decision-making.

Responsibilities

Measure incremental return on marketing spend using geo lift, holdout testing, and MMM.
Develop financial models linking marketing spend to acquisition, retention, and LTV; forecast monthly/quarterly.
Define ROI thresholds and spend limits for Growth team; size new markets and track performance against thesis.
Partner with VP Growth, COO, and CFO; translate analysis into clear recommendations.
Utilize AI tools to accelerate analysis and model builds.
