Job summary

Options Group in London is seeking an Investment Analyst II to join its Growth / Private Equity team. You will work across the full investment lifecycle, sourcing opportunities, performing diligence, building financial models, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 6–18 months experience investing in technology, understand SaaS metrics, and hold a bachelor's degree. This role offers exposure to large, cross-border transactions and significant responsibility

Qualifications

• 6-18 months of experience in investing in technology companies
• Exposure to minority investments, growth equity, crossover or private equity transactions
• Understanding of software business models and SaaS metrics
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
• A track record of participating in investment processes
• Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities
• Bachelor's degree from a leading university; advanced qualifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities
• Conducting commercial, financial and market diligence
• Building and reviewing financial models and valuation analyses
• Assessing growth drivers, unit economics and SaaS metrics
• Supporting transaction execution and portfolio management
• Presenting investment recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Engaging directly with founders, management teams and co-investors
