Job summary

Diverse Talent Partners Ltd is partnering with a fast-growing premium Japanese tea brand to hire a Sales Manager in London. You will open doors, build relationships with buyers and partners, and win new business across UK retail, hospitality and wholesale.

This role requires 2–4+ years in food & drink sales, knowledge of routes to market, CRM experience, and a proactive, door-to-door mindset. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and represent the brand at tastings.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years sales experience in food & drink manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of buying channels and routes to market.
• CRM proficiency and confident outreach skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business across retail, hospitality, and wholesale.
• Build relationships with buyers, distributors, and partners.
• Proactively reach out via cold calls, visits, and networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Understand and navigate routes to market (retail, wholesale, foodservice, e-commerce).
• Represent the brand at events, tastings, and meetings.
