Job summary

Crescendo in Guildford is seeking a commercially minded Sales & Events Manager to drive growth for the Fruitful service line. You will blend sales, relationship management and event delivery to win new business and nurture long‑standing client partnerships.

The role is roughly 75% commercial and 25% operational, covering proposals, budgeting, venue & partner development, and post‑event reviews. You’ll collaborate with Crescendo and Experience London teams to deliver high‑impact experiences that

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client-facing sales, account management, or events role.
• Track record of converting opportunities into revenue.
• Ability to balance commercial conversations with creative event solutions.
• Strong proposal development and budgeting skills.
• Experience maintaining client relationships and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all incoming enquiries.
• Develop and present tailored client proposals.
• Convert opportunities into confirmed business.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain visible project delivery and support planning.
