Role is full-time and in-person from our London office, with travel about 20 days a year. 1–3 years of experience and a bachelor or master degree are required; UK work permit is necessary, and we do not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying, targeting, and converting funds into our community.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue and execute growth activities.
• Write copy for emails, landing pages, and posts, leveraging AI for scale.
• Sprint, test, and implement to move key metrics.
• Build scalable AI workflows and playbooks for repeat wins.
• Commit to delivering value, even when it means extra effort.
