Pratap Executive is working exclusively with a successful Yorkshire business to appoint a Group CFO/FD at an important growth stage. The role focuses on acquisitions, funding, integration and developing the financial structure to support expansion.

You will join the senior leadership team, driving strategic financial leadership with a hands-on, commercial approach and the capacity to shape a larger, more ambitious group.

Qualifications

• Experience as CFO, Group FD or senior Finance Director.
• Involvement in acquisitions, funding and post-acquisition integration.
• Growth track record in entrepreneurial or acquisition-led organisations.
• Strong banking relationships, cash flow and working capital management.
• Ability to develop financial reporting, systems and teams as the business grows.
