Qualifications

• Private equity experience is essential, ideally with investor interaction.
• Experience in professional services, consultancy, partnerships or people-led businesses.
• Track record of supporting growth and scalable finance operations.
• Strong commercial judgement with finance, reporting and governance skills.
• Experience of investment, M&A, refinancing or ownership transitions would be valuable.
• Ability to influence at Board level and work with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with energy and ambition.
• Availability at short notice would be advantageous.

• Shape and deliver the financial strategy with growth plans.
• Drive profitability, cash generation and value creation.
• Prepare for private equity investment with reporting and governance.
• Strengthen planning, forecasting and BI to support commercial decisions.
