Select Appointments is seeking a hands-on General Manager for a growing hospitality business in Cambridgeshire. You will run both front and back of house, lead the team, manage rotas and stock, and ensure food safety standards for a consistently excellent guest experience.

The package includes £35,000-£40,000 salary plus tips, a £500 quarterly bonus, and an annual profit bonus up to £10,000, with an OTE of £57,000+. Genuine progression toward multi-site management is on offer.
