• Experience leading month-end and year-end close processes across multiple sites.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accurate reporting.
• Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial financial insight and support decisions.
• Oversee controls, compliance, and process improvements within finance.
