Job summary

KennedyPearce Consulting is assisting a rapidly expanding hospitality business in Central London to recruit a hands-on Financial Controller. The role calls for leadership of multi-site finance operations and delivery of robust financial reporting as the company scales.

You will lead month-end close, manage a finance team, and partner with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary is offered depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting
• Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial financial insight and support strategic decision-making
• Oversee financial controls, compliance, and process improvement
• Manage and develop the finance team
• Support business growth initiatives, system enhancements, and ad hoc project
• Previous experience within a multi-site business
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving business
