Job summary

KennedyPearce Consulting is assisting a well-established consumer brand in recruiting a Finance Analyst for its London-based finance team. The role offers high exposure to senior leadership, partnering with the Finance Director and CEO, with a hybrid arrangement (Central London – 3 days in the office / 2 days at home).

You will deliver financial analysis, performance reporting and commercial insight to drive revenue, margins and cost efficiency across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of finance experience, including commercial FP&A exposure.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, consumer or multi-site environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, commercial insight and performance reporting.
• Partner with operational managers across locations to understand financial performance.
• Collaborate with Finance Director, CEO and senior leadership for strategic decisions.
• Analyse revenue, margins, labour costs, productivity and other KPIs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Produce monthly performance reporting, variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop and maintain financial models for decision making.
• Review central costs with budget holders to improve cost control.
• Engage in other areas such as products, stock, purchasing and education.
• Travel to locations to understand operational performance.
