Job summary

The Gym Group is seeking a Digital & Performance Marketing Executive to join a hybrid Marketing team. You will own hands‑on performance marketing, planning and delivering paid search and paid social campaigns that directly drive membership growth for one of the UK’s largest gym brands.

You’ll report to the Acquisition and Performance Lead and take ownership from day one. You will work across Brand, eCommerce, CRM and Analytics, crafting data‑led optimization, reporting, and insights that inform

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in performance marketing, in‑house or agency.
• Hands‑on experience setting up, optimising and reporting Google Ads campaigns.
• Solid understanding of paid search principles and evolving landscape.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear, confident communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across PPC and paid social to drive member growth.
• Monitor campaigns daily and make data‑led decisions to improve ROI and hit targets.
• Support new gym openings and regional campaigns tailored to local markets.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams across Brand, eCommerce, CRM and Analytics.
• Track and report results, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
• Test new channels and tactics and scale what works.
• Contribute to performance dashboards and commercial reporting.
• Stay updated on platform developments and best practices in paid search and paid social.
