Job summary

Plowman Craven is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to own our digital marketing infrastructure and drive measurable business growth. You will manage paid media, CRM, marketing automation, website performance and analytics to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI and qualified leads.

You’ll build processes, optimise performance and rely on data to inform smarter marketing decisions, collaborating with the marketing team and external agencies for the company website and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience
• Proven ability to manage paid media across multiple channels
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM integrations
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Own and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other relevant channels
• Build, optimise and report on digital marketing campaigns with ROI and lead generation focus
• Manage marketing automation, email nurture campaigns and CRM integrations
• Ensure marketing leads are accurately captured, tracked and attributed through CRM and marketing platforms
• Create and maintain landing pages, tracking, UTM parameters and conversion tracking
• Produce reports and dashboards showing campaign performance and pipeline impact
• Collaborate with external web agencies on website performance and development
• Work with the marketing team to launch campaigns with robust digital processes
