Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing professional to drive end-to-end digital strategies, improving customer engagement, brand visibility, and demand generation. You will integrate activities across channels and manage emails, e-commerce efforts, and website strategy to optimise the customer journey.

This role requires 3+ years in digital marketing, with strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, analytics, and marketing automation.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of email, e-commerce, SEO/SEM, paid media, and web analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Understanding of website management, basic HTML/CSS, and digital technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, brand visibility, and demand generation.
• Integrate digital activities into broader marketing and brand strategies to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Manage the digital ecosystem, including email marketing, e-commerce, online advertising, SEO/SEM, website strategy, and web analytics.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to support business growth.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize e-commerce product content across platforms.
• Create and execute email and SMS campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Manage marketing automation processes, including system optimization, CRM integration, and best practices.
• Identify, implement, and manage marketing technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Plan and manage media and advertising strategies.
• Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility, traffic, and conversion.
• Build, maintain, and optimize website performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
