• Strong experience in digital marketing in a performance-driven environment.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth.
• Experience across paid media, SEO, website management, social media, CRO and CRM.
• Confidence working with external agencies, sales teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements.
• Proactive, creative and hands-on marketing approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid media performance and lead generation with external agencies.
• Manage priorities and optimisation strategies across Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Ensure marketing budgets are aligned with commercial objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance and use insights to improve results.
• Develop and improve SEO strategies and website performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates on landing pages and forms.
• Shape digital design across campaigns, websites and social content.
• Utilise CRM systems and marketing automation to nurture leads.
• Collaborate with sales to support business objectives and report performance.
• Identify new ways to strengthen marketing-sales alignment.
