Ian Macleod Distillers is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. You will own a broad digital marketing remit, including CRM, paid media, e-commerce and customer engagement, and work closely with Brand, Sales and external partners to drive performance.

The role requires a curious marketer who blends creativity with data, spotting opportunities and delivering campaigns that drive real business results across websites and online channels.

Qualifications

• Experience across digital marketing, CRM and paid media.
• Experience with customer engagement and digital journeys.
• Familiarity with CRM, CMS and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own a broad digital marketing remit including website content/performance and ecommerce support.
• Plan and optimise paid social campaigns, budgets, and campaign effectiveness.
• Drive CRM best practice and support data governance and audience segmentation.
• Deliver engaging email campaigns and automated customer journeys.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales and external agencies to enhance digital presence.
