Job summary

Evri Dundee is seeking a Depot General Manager to lead one of our larger Dundee depots. You will oversee daily operations, drive safety and compliance, and push continuous improvement while aligning with our service standards.

You will manage a team of 4 direct reports and up to 100 indirect staff, own the budget, SLAs, and regulatory requirements, and collaborate across functions to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable parcel delivery.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading and managing a team.
• Experience managing operational budgets and targets.
• Ability to work on own initiative under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of transport regulations.
• Good communicator able to liaise at all levels.
• Flexible to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4 direct reports and up to 100 indirect reports providing leadership and direction for the shift.
• Ensure Depot meets client SLA’s and budgetary targets.
• Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
