You will own growth and demand generation activity, driving pipeline and revenue. Work with Sales, Product and Delivery to run multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs using data to improve performance.

Qualifikationen

• At least three years' experience in growth marketing, demand generation or B2B campaign management
• Experience within data services, technology, utilities or telecoms
• Proven track record delivering campaigns end-to-end with clear evidence of contributing to pipeline and revenue
• Experience running or contributing to ABM programmes
• Practical experience with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM and marketing automation platform
• A working understanding of paid media and SEM
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using campaign data to inform decisions

Aufgaben

• Own growth and demand generation activity with accountability for pipeline contribution
• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social and content
• Develop and manage ABM programmes for key target accounts
• Work closely with Sales to align messaging, targeting and outreach
• Manage campaigns in HubSpot including workflows, landing pages, email journeys, lead nurturing and reporting
• Support paid media activity across SEM and paid social
• Contribute to campaigns, events, content, thought leadership, SEO, webinars and organic social
• Support positioning and proposition development across the business and its products
• Track campaign and pipeline performance and use data to make recommendations
• Contribute to marketing planning, budgeting and reporting
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and developments across relevant sectors
• Using marketing technology including HubSpot, LinkedIn and AI-assisted marketing and design tools
