Digital Waffle, a global integrated marketing agency, is seeking a Client Director to own and grow key lifestyle and consumer brand accounts from London. The role demands strategic leadership across influencer, social, content and experiential campaigns, and driving commercial conversations that expand retainers and project revenue.

You will manage senior brand stakeholders, shape campaign direction with cross-functional teams, and ensure on-brand, high-quality delivery while hitting revenue

• Own senior client relationships across a portfolio of key brand accounts.
• Grow accounts commercially: expand scope, drive revenue, and retainers.
• Develop growth plans mapping short-term campaigns to long-term revenue.
• Lead campaigns across influencer, social, content and experiential channels.
• Lead commercial conversations for scope changes, upsells and SOWs.
• Shape campaign direction with creative, production and strategy teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines and performance reporting.
• Demonstrate measurable results tied to brand objectives and growth targets.
• Forecast account growth and feed into agency planning and resourcing.
