Howden, a leading UK insurance broker, seeks a Wales-based Branch Manager to run the operation. You will own the branch's profit and loss, seek out new business opportunities and lead a team delivering first-rate service to clients in Personal Lines and Commercial.

You will be a strong communicator with a people-first mindset, able to analyse data and make evidence-based decisions while ensuring policy retention and client loyalty. The role blends leadership with hands-on client engagement.
