Sand & Sky in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support and grow our retail partnerships across the UK. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, this role focuses on managing UK retailer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring best-in-class execution with retail partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty industry with account management or sales coordination.
• Experience working with UK retailers (Boots, Superdrug, department stores, or online beauty retailers).
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent organisation and time-management with multiple deadlines.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset, able to work independently and in a global team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with UK retail partners as the day-to-day contact.
• Support the Global Head of Sales in delivering the UK retail growth strategy.
• Analyse sales performance (sell-in and sell-through) to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver assets and activations for UK retailers.
• Coordinate with retailers on joint business plans and promotional calendars.
• Monitor competitor activity on UK retailer platforms for opportunities and trends.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to retailers and internal stakeholders.
