Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Growth Director to drive expansion across Transportation in UK&I, collaborating with market directors and strategy teams to identify opportunities and form strategic partnerships. The role requires deep industry expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership to shape the company’s long-term direction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business development and work winning.
• Minimum 15+ years in business development or growth strategy, leadership roles.
• Proven track record of revenue generation and leading strategic partnerships.
• Strong sales experience and industry leadership in Transportation (UK&I).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage growth across Transportation sectors and practices in UK&I.
• Identify new market opportunities and form strategic partnerships including contractors.
• Shape sales strategy and extend AECOM’s market profile and client relationships.
• Collaborate with Market Sector Directors, Strategy & Growth, and Marcomms teams to align solutions with internal capabilities.
