Job summary

Stellantis seeks a strategic leader to drive commercial growth across the UK Parts & Services network. You will oversee sell-in and sell-out performance, manage Net Sales and GCR growth, and partner with Marketing, Finance and NSC teams to implement data-driven strategies that increase market share and profitability.

Qualifications

Proven ability to develop and deliver commercial strategies that drive revenue, profitability and market share.
Strong understanding of pricing, margin management and P&L.
Experience translating opportunities into measurable business results.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

Act as the NSC lead for sell-in and sell-out performance.
Drive Net Sales and GCR growth within the P&L across the Distrigo network.
Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and penetration.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and NSC teams to align activities.
