Job summary

Snows Motor Group Ltd is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead and develop the Sales Department, drive performance, and ensure profitability in line with brand criteria. You will assist in managing Sales Executives and Administrators, oversee product knowledge transfer, and support the department’s financial plans while maintaining compliance with FCA guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, numeracy, and experience in a target-driven sales environment within the automotive sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sale’s supervisory role.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Sales Executives and Sales Administrators to meet goals and objectives.
• Help oversee the transfer of product knowledge to the sales team and ensure training.
• Contribute in developing and achieving a Department Profit Plan including budgets and financial aspects.
• Support and oversee the department’s administrative control system and compliance with processes.
• Manage the showroom and outside display areas to high standards for customers.
• Deputise in the absence of the Sales Manager and ensure continuity of leadership.
