At Nespresso, we don’t just sell coffee, we create exceptional experiences. As a global leader in premium portioned coffee, we continue to redefine at-home coffee consumption through innovation, quality and customer engagement.

We’re looking for a Growth & Digital Experience Manager to transform the digital customer experience and accelerate online growth. You’ll lead the development of new features, services and technologies across B2C, B2B and emerging B2B2C journeys, using customer insight and experimentation to improve satisfaction, acquisition and commercial performance.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Head of Digital & eCommerce, you’ll lead a team of Digital Experience Leads and a Digital Project Manager. Working closely with CRM, Analytics, Marketing, Retail, CRC, IS/IT and global teams, you’ll shape the market roadmap and turn customer and commercial insight into high-performing digital experiences.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Own the local digital roadmap, using customer and market insight to prioritise features and influence Global HQ.
  • Grow acquisition, retention and lifetime value by improving traffic, conversion, order value and omnichannel journeys.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery from insight and planning to launch and optimisation, on time and within scope.
  • Use funnel and session analytics, A/B testing, customer feedback and UX audits to drive continuous improvement.
  • Optimise digital commerce products across web, mobile apps, APIs and composable capabilities.
  • Turn performance insight into monthly business plans, recommendations and investment cases for sustainable growth.
  • Partner with Retail and CRC to connect digital and physical touchpoints for a consistent customer experience.
  • Benchmark competitors and D2C leaders to shape best-in-class digital experiences.
  • Coach the team, set clear goals and foster a collaborative, ambitious and inclusive culture.
Your ingredients for success

You’ll combine digital product leadership, commercial judgement and a deep curiosity about customer behaviour. You’ll be comfortable moving between strategy, performance data and hands‑on delivery, while influencing senior stakeholders and global teams in a matrix organisation.

Essential experience and skills:
  • Extensive experience in eCommerce, digital products, analytics, operations and/or commercial management.
  • Experience with optimisation and testing tools such as Adobe, Optimize, Qubit or Maxymiser.
  • Strong understanding of traffic, conversion, average order value, customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
  • Excellent web analytics skills, including GA4, translating insight into priorities and action.
  • Experience mapping customer journeys and the use of Figma or such like tools
  • Experience using Jira for ticket management with the development team
  • Proven delivery of digital roadmaps, complex cross-functional projects and multiple workstreams.
  • Commercial acumen and confidence developing business plans and investment cases.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing effective teams.
  • Strong stakeholder, collaboration and communication skills, influencing without direct authority.
  • Premium, retail, FMCG or consumer‑led sector experience.
  • Experience optimising websites for organic search ranking
Desirable experience:
  • Knowledge of UX, user‑centred design and digital accessibility
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript; experience with multiple CMS or creative tools.
  • Behavioural analytics tools such as Usabilla, SessionCam or Contentsquare.

If you’re excited by digital innovation, commercial growth and creating exceptional customer experiences for a premium brand, we’d love to hear from you.
