You’ll lead the development of new features, services and technologies across B2C, B2B and emerging B2B2C journeys, using customer insight and experimentation to improve satisfaction, acquisition and commercial performance.

Working closely with CRM, Analytics, Marketing, Retail, CRC, IS/IT and global teams, you’ll shape the market roadmap and turn customer and commercial insight into high-performing digital experiences.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Own the local digital roadmap, using customer and market insight to prioritise features and influence Global HQ.

  • Coach the team, set clear goals and foster a collaborative, ambitious and inclusive culture.
Your ingredients for success

You’ll combine digital product leadership, commercial judgement and a deep curiosity about customer behaviour. You’ll be comfortable moving between strategy, performance data and hands‑on delivery, while influencing senior stakeholders and global teams in a matrix organisation.

Essential experience and skills:
  • Extensive experience in eCommerce, digital products, analytics, operations and/or commercial management.
  • Experience with optimisation and testing tools such as Adobe, Optimize, Qubit or Maxymiser.
  • Strong understanding of traffic, conversion, average order value, customer satisfaction and lifetime value.

  • Experience mapping customer journeys and the use of Figma or such like tools
  • Experience using Jira for ticket management with the development team
  • Proven delivery of digital roadmaps, complex cross-functional projects and multiple workstreams.
  • Commercial acumen and confidence developing business plans and investment cases.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing effective teams.
  • Strong stakeholder, collaboration and communication skills, influencing without direct authority.
  • Premium, retail, FMCG or consumer‑led sector experience.
  • Experience optimising websites for organic search ranking
Desirable experience:
  • Knowledge of UX, user‑centred design and digital accessibility
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript; experience with multiple CMS or creative tools.
  • Behavioural analytics tools such as Usabilla, SessionCam or Contentsquare.
